Essential infrastructure

Your core Growth Control resources. Turning modules off does not remove the base operating costs.

—/ month · core infrastructure

Supabase + Workers start at $30/month. The sample server and backup allowance is $57.60/month, giving an illustrative base estimate of $87.60. Adjust the allowance, disk, traffic, and CPU for your deployment. If you already have a server, enter its allocated running cost or zero for no additional server charge. For managed hosting, enter the quoted hosting cost. Provider plans and usage are still billed by their providers. Module selections only change the estimate.

Adjust core infrastructure usage and cost

Enter the combined load of all selected tools. Quotas and compute are shared; leads are not Auth users. These are planning inputs, not measured usage.

Optional tools

Choose the tools you need. Each shows its additional costs and services.

Marco automatically includes mailboxes. Select “Standalone email mailboxes” to keep them without Marco. AI and data sources shared by multiple modules are counted once.

—

What a $0 line means. No extra app or provider subscription is budgeted for this configuration. Open-source core apps can run on your server, while direct advertising APIs have no separate connector subscription in this model. Hosting, media spend, paid editions, support, and implementation are separate costs. This is an operating-cost planner, not a product or deployment price quote.

Marco and email mailboxes

Marco runs sequences and processes replies directly through your connected mailboxes.

Resend · Newsletter and transactional email
Mailbox and delivery rates

Infraforge: at least 10 slots; $4/slot/month billed quarterly, with two months free when billed annually. Marco sends through your connected mailboxes. Confirm volume and discounts in the account.

Data sources, email verification, and AI

Data sources and AI are shared by the selected Marco / Hunter / CMO tools. Each provider is billed once for the combined volume entered. Perplexity counts successful HTTP requests; Claude counts input/output tokens. Cache, tools, and batch usage are separate.

Calls, Yelp, and additional bills

Enter additional expenses as one separate total: Apollo, CI, backup, SMS/Sona. This does not introduce another required service.

Marketing Free: up to 1,000 contacts. 1,001–5,000: $40/month. Broadcast email volume does not determine the tier. Transactional email has separate Free limits of 3,000/month and 100/day. The calculator separates these streams.

Scaling mailboxes and Marco

Compare mailbox counts with your current tool selection. Without Marco, only hosting and domains remain; sequence delivery is excluded. Capacity is an arithmetic estimate.

Budget calculation and its limits
  • The core infrastructure is always included. Marco adds mailboxes, domains, a delivery provider, and selected email verification. Without Marco, mailboxes remain only if selected separately. Newsletter does not require Outreach mailboxes. Each shared AI/data provider is billed once; disabling one consumer does not remove it while other consumers remain.
  • Outreach emails = new leads × maximum emails per sequence. Stopping after a reply reduces actual sends. Concurrent active contacts are entered separately.
  • Capacity limit = mailboxes × emails/day × sending days. There is no separate sequencing-provider cap in this model; warm-up and reputation may reduce usable capacity.
  • Infraforge = max(mailboxes, 10) × slot rate. Domains = round up(mailboxes / mailboxes per domain). Monthly equivalent of annual domain fees = domains × $14 / 12.
  • Workers = $5 + requests above 10 million × $0.30/million + CPU above 30 million ms × $0.02/million. Queues usually use three operations per message (write/read/delete); retries and batches affect usage.
  • R2 Standard = GB-month above 10 × $0.015 + Class A above 1 million × $4.50/million + Class B above 10 million × $0.36/million. Include archives and backups in the total volume.
  • Supabase = $25 + compute above the included $10 + disk above 8 GB × $0.125 + uncached egress above 250 GB × $0.09. Leads are not MAUs; choose compute based on measured load.
  • Reoon: free daily credits do not roll over. The estimate uses $11.90/10k as a consumption equivalent and separately shows purchases of full packs. You can enter an existing prepaid balance.
  • Anysite Starter = $49 + credits above 15k × $3.27/1k. Other high-volume plans appear in the directory; the calculator does not switch plans automatically.
  • Perplexity Search API = leads × successful HTTP requests/lead × $5/1k (Fast: $1/1k). Agent/Router generation and tools are excluded from this line.
  • Anthropic = leads × AI calls/lead × (input tokens × input rate + output tokens × output rate) / 1 million. Confirmed monthly API credits reduce the cash estimate, not the value of consumed tokens. Cache, tools, batch, and geography charges are excluded.
  • Other AI uses the entered budget. Keenable above its allowance, Zapier upgrades, and Resend Enterprise require quotes: the total becomes a lower bound.
  • Public rates and illustrative allowances are used for planning. The total excludes taxes, advertising, payment fees, development, unplanned services, and shared usage by other projects.

Core infrastructure supports Growth Control, Hunter, Oscar, and Marco. Select the modules and integrations your business needs. Advertising budgets, implementation, taxes, and payment fees are separate.

Verify your budget

Each integration links to its provider. Prices, API access, and quotas can change. Server and workflow allowances are examples, and your account eligibility must be verified.
