Who is responsible

What this website collects

Technical delivery data. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request URL, browser information, timestamps, and security events. We use this to serve the website, prevent abuse, and investigate technical problems.

Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, name if supplied, message, and attachments. We use these to respond and manage the conversation. Please avoid passwords or sensitive personal information.

Budget preferences. The infrastructure calculator runs in your browser. Budget inputs are not submitted to our server. If you enable “Remember my budget on this device,” settings are saved in your browser’s local storage. You can switch it off or remove them on the Cookies & storage page.

Consultation scheduling

When you select “Show available times,” we load our Cal.com booking service at book.korets.net. That service processes booking details, your selected time, timezone, and technical delivery information. Calendar connections check availability and create the meeting you request. The calendar is not loaded before you choose to open it. Consultation bookings are real; the separate product demonstrations remain synthetic.

Demonstrations and integrations

The website’s customer, campaign, CRM, quotation, signature, and payment examples are fictional. Demo buttons do not send inquiries, run advertising campaigns, call AI providers, sign contracts, or process payments. Provider logos describe product connections; they do not install those providers’ trackers on this website.

We do not currently run advertising pixels, third-party audience analytics, or a newsletter signup on this public site. A separate product deployment may process CRM, marketing, or communications data under its own customer agreement and privacy information.

Why we use information

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on legitimate interests to operate and secure the site and respond to business inquiries; steps requested before a contract for service discussions; consent for optional local budget storage; and legal obligations where applicable. Our legitimate interests are website availability, security, and handling communications. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Who receives information

Information may be handled by Cloudflare for hosting and security, by our email service providers for correspondence, and by people authorized to respond on behalf of Hutflex LLC. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers may process data in countries other than yours. Their processing and transfer arrangements depend on the relevant service and applicable law. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices. Contact us for information about a transfer relevant to your correspondence.

How long information is kept

Saved budget settings remain on your device until you remove them or clear browser data. We retain ordinary inquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless an ongoing relationship, dispute, or legal recordkeeping requirement calls for longer retention. Hosting and security data is subject to the provider’s retention settings and policies; we do not create a database of ordinary browsing activity.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your information. You may object to eligible processing and withdraw consent for optional storage at any time. Contact hello@korets.net; we may need reasonable information to verify your request. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

No personal information is required to browse this site or use the calculator. Email and consultation bookings are voluntary; we need the requested contact information to respond or arrange the meeting. This website makes no solely automated decisions about visitors that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Security, external sites, and changes

We use HTTPS and access controls appropriate to the website and correspondence. No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security. External provider and company links lead to sites with their own policies. This site is intended for business users and does not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has supplied information, contact us.

We may update this notice as the website changes. The effective date above identifies the current version; material new data collection will be explained before it begins.
