These terms cover use of the Growth Control public website and its infrastructure calculator, operated by Hutflex LLC.
Website purpose
Growth Control presents marketing and sales infrastructure, its modules, and potential integrations. The site includes illustrative product journeys and a planning calculator. Browsing or using it does not create a paid subscription, authorize an advertising campaign, or connect your provider accounts.
A deployed customer system, implementation work, provider subscriptions, and data processing arrangements require their own agreed terms. This website does not provide a checkout or enter into those agreements on your behalf.
Use of the website
You may browse, use the calculator, and export your own budget for internal planning. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, misrepresent your identity, or use the site unlawfully. You remain responsible for information you choose to send by email.
Capabilities, integrations, and estimates
Product descriptions explain intended and configured capabilities. Availability depends on the modules selected, permissions, provider API support, account approvals, and implementation. Examples are fictional; an animation or logo is not evidence of a live connected account.
Calculator figures are editable planning estimates in USD, before tax. They are not binding offers or invoices. Provider prices, quotas, exchange rates, and terms may change. Advertising spend, implementation, payment fees, and other stated exclusions are separate. Verify prices and eligibility with each provider before purchasing.
“Deploy the foundation in a day” describes the core deployment with ready accounts and access. Provider approval, migration, custom integrations, and project-specific work can require additional time. A project schedule must be agreed for your deployment.
Ownership and third-party services
Hutflex LLC or its licensors hold the rights to the website’s original content and design. Your exported planning inputs remain yours. Third-party logos and trademarks belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement or partnership. Bundled open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses, including Anime.js and the Onest font.
Links to third-party services are provided for information. Their availability, prices, processing, and terms are controlled by their operators.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the information useful and the website available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every estimate or description suits your project. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this informational website is provided as available without additional warranties. We are not responsible for provider purchasing decisions or losses caused by reliance on a planning estimate.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory rights under applicable law.
